Internet Support Agreement

This will constitute an agreement between your organization (client) and Green Tie (agency) for services including, but not limited to, Internet support, online marketing, website design and general consultation.

REPORTS:
Google Analytics and Data Reports

Note: Programming projects exceeding $1,500.00 will require fifty percent (50%) payment be paid at the beginning of the project and the final fifty percent (50%) upon completion. 
 
Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be itemized separately. Examples of such expenses are: special hosting, advertising, stock images, photography and printing.
 
All materials furnished by Green Tie will remain the property of Client and will be returned upon request or following the termination of this agreement. No refunds upon cancellation. Collection of materials and files may be at standard billable rates. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate by existing licensing policies. Some production requests may incur an additional fee above the monthly flat rate, such as programming and database development. Agency may cancel this agreement at any time and default to standard hourly rates. Client may cancel this agreement with a 60 day notice. Additional set-up fees may apply to specialty network or hosting accounts. 

By agreeing to the terms the Client enters in to a 24-month minimum agreement.
