Internet Support e-Package Agreement

This will constitute an agreement between your organization (client) and Green Tie (agency) for services including, but not limited to, Internet support, online security, hosting and licensing, website design, graphic design, and general e-strategy consultation.

AGREEMENT:
 
Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be itemized separately. Examples of such expenses are: special hosting, advertising, stock images, and printing. Additional expenses must be approved by client.
 
All materials furnished by Green Tie will remain the property of Client and will be returned upon request or following the termination of this agreement once all outstanding payments are fulfilled. No refunds upon cancellation. Collection of materials and files may be at standard billable rates. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate by existing licensing policies. Some production requests may incur an additional fee above the monthly flat rate, such as programming and database development. Any expenses associated with the collection of outstanding debt under this agreement including, but not limited to, court or legal fees, will be awarded to the prevailing party.

After the initial term of this agreement, Agency or Client may cancel this agreement upon 60-day written notice, in which case GreenTie.com would default to standard hourly rates. 

By agreeing to the terms the Client enters in to a agreement with the Agency.
